Our Services
Three Levels of Inheritance Counsel, Matched to Your Family's Needs
From an initial estate conversation through to long-term generational advisory, our services are structured to meet families wherever they are in the process.
Return to HomeOur Methodology
Every engagement at Insan Counsel follows the same underlying approach: understand the family's full picture before advising on any single element. Estate matters rarely exist in isolation — a will interacts with existing EPF nominations, property ownership structures, business interests, and family dynamics. We look at the whole before addressing the part.
We work within both civil law and Faraid frameworks, and we are accustomed to matters that require both. Our documentation standards are high: every advice given is written, every process is explained, and every family receives a clear record of the work we have done on their behalf.
